Heavier in weight than Basswood or Ash, Mahogany is a dense wood which adds to the bass and low middle response helping to produce a thicker and rounded tone. The neck is a strong and robust Mahogany wood which produces soft note dynamics and impressive sustain.

          With a 22 fret walnut fingerboard optimized for a smooth and quick playability the Avion MAV-1 has easy access to all frets for fluid playability whether learning chords or lead licks.

          Loaded with a humbucking pickup with master volume and tone controls the Greg Bennett Avion MAV-1 ensures you can achieve a range of bright, thick and dynamic tones perfect for a variety of music styles and playing types.
