Available for the first time as a standard model in the Deluxe Series, the Deluxe Bedford SH is a semi-solid spin on our flagship solid-body. Featuring two Seymour Duncan Five-Two's in the neck and middle positions followed by a Seymour Duncan SM-1b mini-humbucker in the bridge, the SH offers a full-bodied yet remarkably articulate tonal profile, while a 5-way blade makes tone selection simple. Featuring a sleek, modern f-hole design on the upper bout, the Bedford SH integrates a warm acoustic element into its unique three-pickup electronics configuration. Now available in Desert Gold, Black, and Matte Walnut with a six-point Wilkinson tremolo.

For an added edge of acoustic warmth to its three-pickup configuration, the Deluxe Bedford SH features a contoured F-hole over its oversized body chamber, perfectly blending the tonal worlds of solid-bodies and semi-hollows.

Refreshing the standard three-pickup/five-way blade configuration, the Deluxe Bedford SH features two USA Seymour Duncan tele-style pickups in the neck and middle, while a Vintage Mini-humbucker is nestled into the bridge—resulting in five incomparable, rich tones that offer both heft and elastic articulation.

Alder offers full-bodied tone that’s articulate yet warm—a comfortable middle ground between basswood and swamp ash. It offers remarkable sustain and just the right amount of weight.
