The BC30-212 combo amp is a musical instrument unto itself; it’s the ideal complement to your guitar, and the extra band member you’ve always needed. That’s because unlike most amps, the BC30-212 responds to the subtle characteristics of your playing technique, giving your creativity a voice all its own. It all starts with your choice of rectifier tubes: one 5AR4 for an explosive attack, or; two 5V4s (not included), which provide a velvety-smooth and round response.
Two-channel operation gives the BC30-212 vast tone-shaping capability, providing everything from CH 1’s twin-path 12AX7 clean tones – to CH 2’s outrageous high-gain distortion. The accompanying 6-position tone switch allows you to fine-tune the characteristics of CH 2, whether you like it mild – or wild. You can even patch the two channels together for added tonal versatility. All of this amazing tone is supplied to the dual onboard 12" BUGERA speakers, each of which have unique tonal characteristics – for an incredibly-fat sound!

The BC30-212’s power amp section features a Cut control for rolling off the high end, as well as a Master volume control, so you always have get the tone you crave – no matter what volume level the gig requires. It also features a power switch that reduces the output power from 30 to 15 Watts, for even greater sound variation and distortion at lower volumes. And if you want even more options, we gave the BC30-212 a very handy Speaker Reverse switch, which also influences the amount – and flavor of distortion.
Expandable
The convenient output impedance selector allows you to match any external 4, 8 or 16-Ohm speaker setup, while the fully independent CH 1 and CH 2 FX Loops (one per channel) give you all the flexibility you’ll ever need.
