The first System 55, 35 and 15 synth modules came out in the early 70s and tended to be extremely expensive. They were mainly all discrete transistor designs as op-amps at the time were very high cost. The discrete circuitry gave the modules a very distinctive sound and were used by artists like Keith Emerson, Stevie Wonder, Tangerine Dream and so many more, giving us some of the greatest records we’ve ever heard. The 914 features 12 active bandpass filters ranging from 125 Hz – 5.6 kHz with additional Low Pass and High Pass filters to allow you users to adjust the gain on each of the indicated frequencies to fully shape and control a signal’s timbre and resonance.

Dual Input and Output Jacks

Mix the 914 in with your other modules via the dual 3.5 mm input and output jacks. The inputs are wired in parallel to allow the signal source to be filtered and to pass on the unfiltered signal to another module at the same time while the outputs can send two different signals to separate modules.

Installing the 914 FIXED FILTER BANK is simple as it was designed to fit into a standard Eurorack case. Just connect the power cables to the power supply and mount the module using the included screws.
